Day 1: Thursday, November 12

12-4pm Central: Profit Planning at the Office

We kick things off at the selfpublishing.com office in Austin. This is where you will get hands-on with the numbers behind your business and see the team's home base.

Profit Plan Exercise: Work through your One Page Profit Plan with the group.
Identifying your growth levers: Pinpoint the changes most likely to move your revenue.
Head office and studio tour, plus Q&A: See where the team works and bring your questions.

5-8pm Central: Networking Dinner at the Placemakr Hotel

After the office session, we move to the Placemakr Hotel for a networking dinner. Dinner is provided. Use it to meet the other authors in your cohort, compare notes from the afternoon, and trade ideas you can take home.

Day 2: Friday, November 13

8am-4:30pm Central: Coaching, Systems, and Implementation

Friday is the full working day, held at the Placemakr Hotel. Breakfast and lunch are provided, so you can stay in the room and keep the momentum going.

How to Prepare for the BAM Workshop

You will get the most out of these two days if you arrive with two things in hand.

Your One Page Profit Plan, completed. The Thursday Profit Plan Exercise builds on it, so finish it before you travel.
One or two business questions for Chandler. Write them down ahead of time. Specific questions make for the best hotseat coaching, for example a pricing decision you are stuck on or a part of your business you want to systemize.

Thursday programming starts at 12pm and Friday wraps up at 4:30pm. We recommend arriving Wednesday night or early Thursday morning, and booking return travel for after 4:30pm on Friday.
