Day 1: Thursday, June 18

  • What: The Official BAM Workshop Kickoff & Meet + Greet

  • When: 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM Central (subject to change)

We want everyone staying close to the action! We have officially locked in Hotel Viata as our primary host hotel and Friday workshop venue.

💸 Note on Lodging: We have a block of 10 rooms reserved at this special $189/night rate for both Thursday and Friday.

Because we are shifting this to an intimate, in-person event, accurate headcount is critical for our venue logistics, food, and beverage planning.

⚠️ Space is Limited: Our current workshop room at Hotel Viata is contracted for 40 people. If our numbers exceed 40, we need to notify the hotel immediately so they can move us to a larger room. This needs to happen ASAP once we hit that threshold, so please don't delay!
