How do I update my Credit Card?
Update your card securely through your Author Portal or by phone.
Update your payment card securely in your Author Portal:
- Go to portal.selfpublishing.com and sign in.
- Open Resources and click Update Credit Card.
- Enter your new card details, then click Save or Update. That’s it—your card is updated.
For your security, never send card details by email, chat, or text, and do not include them in a Support Ticket. If you need help using the portal, open a Support Ticket to arrange help by phone. We will collect card details only by phone.
