The Author Advantage Live Virtual Experience takes place August 1-3, 2024. On all three days, the Virtual Experience will start at 11am ET and end at approximately 7pm ET.

Start your journey in the Facebook group by posting an introduction video of yourself and what you're most excited about for the Author Advantage Live Virtual Experience!

We'll continue to post updates, notifications, and further details on how to prepare leading up to the Virtual Experience.

2. Block Time in Your Calendar

We can't wait to see you LIVE at the Virtual Experience!

You may have already blocked your calendar, but if you haven't, block August 1-3 off your calendar for the following times:

August 1st: 10:30am - 7:00pm ET

August 2nd: 10:30am - 7:00pm ET

August 3rd: 10:30am - 6:00pm ET

Remember, this it not a webinar. It's not a recording. It's not a "show up and listen" event.

This is a Virtual Experience. It will be interactive. You'll be fully engaged over the course of these three days.

Be sure to block your calendar so you can give the Virtual Experience your undivided attention.

3. Show up to Check-in 

Lights! Camera! Action! Right? Well..

To make sure your device is capable of joining the Virtual Experience, we'll be hosting a Check-In. 

We'll make sure your Zoom software is updated to the most recent version. We'll make sure your audio and video is working the way it should be. 

In other words, we'll make sure your tech is 100% ready before the Virtual Experience begins.

Please keep an eye on your email inbox as you'll receive an invitation to join the Check-In at assigned times. 

Check-In is mandatory for every attendee and once complete, you'll be, in the words of Ramy Vance, ready to "Rock and Roll!" for the Author Advantage Live Virtual Experience!
