      Why Aren't Videos or PDFs Loading?

      Having trouble loading Videos or PDFs in the program?

      When this happens, we suggest trying the following:

      1. Try using Google Chrome to access course content. It's the best browser to view course content. Some browsers like Internet Explorer do not work well with our program.
      2. If you are using Google Chrome, refresh the page and try again.
      3. Turn your computer off and on again. It's an old saying, but usually works like a charm.
